Make sure you have Java installed (see link below).
Use your login name and password which you normally would use with the provider you selected from the dropdown.
System Requirements :
Preferred client configuration: 1Ghz CPU, 256M Ram or better, 2MB HD space.
Java VM 1.4 or better installed.

You need to be logged in as an administrator on your machine to install java.

After clicking the link to start the application, if you see weird text (looks like raw HTML) in your browser, you probably do not have Java installed. Please use the link above to install Java.
If you see the Warning come up about certificate with buttons "Yes", "No", "Always", that is normal. Click "Yes" or "Always".
Since your login is done via provider (AIM, Yahoo etc), if you have lost or forgotten your password, please get it through the provider ( AIM ,
Yahoo ).
If you are experiencing AIM server connectivity issues which are not related to your internet provider, try using "AIM - TOC" version.
If you are getting a message that it can't find a jar file, please check your proxy settings inside WebStart. (In windows: Control Panel/Java/General tab/Network Settings button)
